Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality coffee and food offerings Oversee daily operations of the coffee truck, including opening, closing, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory tracking Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food preparation, handling, and serving to meet health regulations Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and resolving any issues promptly Maintain accurate cash register operations, perform basic math calculations for transactions, and reconcile cash at shift end Coordinate with team members to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality standards Experience Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization Previous food service or café experience in a retail or mobile environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales efficiently Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and serving standards in the food industry Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse customers Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering memorable coffee experiences on the move.
