Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Engage with customers warmly, providing friendly service and answering questions about menu items. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food handling, preparation areas, and service stations. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for transactions. Assist in food preparation and serving snacks or light food items to enhance the customer experience. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and order accuracy. Experience Previous barista experience in a fast-paced café or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization. Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic retail math. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting. Prior experience in the food industry or retail math is a plus for success in this role.
