We're hiring team members who split time between the counter and the kitchen — so you'll learn the whole operation, not one station. What the job looks like Some shifts you're up front, some you're on prep, and most are a mix. It's a small crew, so everybody learns everything.

Up front:

Greet guests, take orders, and run the POS Build our coffee and tea drinks Know the menu well enough to make a real recommendation Keep the counter and dining room clean and stocked In the kitchen: Prep and assemble our grain bowls, hearty meals, and light bites to recipe Portion, label, and rotate ingredients Hold the line on food safety and sanitation Help with catering orders and event setup What we're looking for We hire for attitude and teach the rest. You're warm with people and you like being part of a team You stay steady during a rush You're reliable — a small crew feels every missed shift Comfortable handling cash and making change Able to stand for long stretches and lift up to 25 lbs Restaurant or food service experience is welcome, but not required Food Handler's card required. If you don't have one, we'll help you get it in your first week.
