We're looking for a barista who genuinely likes people and takes pride in doing things well. You'll be the face of the shop — learning the menu inside and out, making great coffee and food, knowing our regulars by name, and keeping the place clean and running smoothly. Some days are simple, some are a blur, all of them ask something of you. It's hard work, and it's some of the most rewarding work there is. No experience? That's fine — we'll teach you everything. What we can't teach is care, you bring that and that's the part that matters most to us.

Learn names, remember orders, make folks feel like regulars from their second visit. The neighborhood is the whole point. Make it well. Keep the bar, dish station, and dining space clean and organized, and treat the equipment like it matters — because it does. Have your team's back. Jump in when it's slammed, own the whole experience rather than just your station, and tell us how we can be better.
