Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas. Handle cash, perform cashiering duties, and manage food handling responsibilities with integrity. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction. Assist in food preparation as needed to enhance guest experience. Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper food preparation techniques.
