Responsibilities Prepare drinks and desserts according to recipes Provide friendly and efficient customer service Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift Wash dishes and maintain a clean work area Restock ingredients and supplies Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work together with teammates to provide a great customer experience What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take feedback Excellent communication and teamwork skills Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Weekend and evening availability is preferred Must be at least 16 years old Bilingual in Vietnamese or Spanish is a plus, but not required Experience No experience is required—we're happy to train the right person!
