The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and a love for coffee. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and quality products. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes. Operate the Clover POS system efficiently to process customer orders and payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Engage with customers to promote new products and encourage repeat visits. Requirements Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred. Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help both customers and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed.
