Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments. Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented beautifully. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies; communicate needs to management as necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
