Role Summary We're hiring an experienced Barista who can consistently produce high-quality espresso drinks and execute latte art at a professional level. You'll help deliver a welcoming customer experience and uphold our quality standards during busy pickup windows and all-time service. Key Responsibilities Dial in espresso daily and maintain consistent drink quality Prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, cortados, cappuccinos, lattes, iced drinks) Deliver consistent latte art (hearts, rosettas required; more advanced patterns a plus) Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar station Follow drink recipes, prep standards, and food safety procedures Provide friendly, high-touch customer service during pickups/events Assist with restocking, bar prep, and basic inventory tracking Communicate clearly with the team to keep service smooth and efficient Preferred Qualifications Barista experience preferred Latte art preferred Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk texture, and workflow Food safety mindset and cleanliness standardsExperience dialing in on commercial espresso equipment Speed and consistency during rushes Experience with customer-facing service and POS Interest in helping a growing brand scale Weekends and evening/night availability Schedule Flexible shifts based on our weekly production and pickup schedule Weekend availability strongly preferred (our busiest times) How to Apply Please apply with: Resume or brief work history Your availability EEO Statement Yemex Café is an equal opportunity employer.
