Jane and the Lion Bakehouse is looking for an experienced Barista to join our growing team in Houston. We re looking for someone who moves well under pressure, cares deeply about quality, and enjoys building relationships with regulars and first time guests alike. Someone who notices the details. Someone who believes a really good coffee can shift someone s whole morning. What You'll Do:

Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks, and other specialty beverages Engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere Maintain equipment and uphold quality standards Keep the bar organized, clean, and efficient during busy service Share your coffee knowledge and passion with customers

What We're Looking For:

Previous barista experience preferred Strong understanding of espresso extraction and milk steaming Positive attitude and calm energy during fast paced service A love for hospitality, community, and thoughtful food Someone dependable, team oriented, and excited to grow with us Compensation $7.50/hour plus tips Tips currently bring average hourly earnings to $15+/hour.
