What you'll do Prepare and serve high-quality boba beverages with precision and flair. Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain smooth operations. Handle cash transactions accurately while providing friendly service at the register. Stay informed about our menu offerings to make recommendations that enhance the customer experience. Basic qualifications • Previous barista or coffee experience is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Preferred qualifications Experience in food handling and preparation within a café or food service environment. Food Handlers Certification. Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
