Responsibilities:

Prepare smoothies, crepes, waffles, and desserts Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Take customer orders and operate POS Restock ingredients and supplies Work efficiently during busy mall hours Deliver friendly customer service

Preferred:

Food service experience (smoothie, cafe, dessert, coffee, fast casual) Positive attitude Reliable transportation Weekend availability Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of desserts, including crepes, pastries, and confections, following established recipes and presentation standards Package desserts carefully to ensure freshness and presentation quality for dine-in or takeout orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dessert preparation area in compliance with food safety standards Assist customers by providing product knowledge, answering questions about ingredients or dietary options, and offering exceptional service Handle food handling responsibilities responsibly, including proper storage, labeling, and sanitation practices to uphold health regulations Requirements Previous experience in pastry arts, baking, or food preparation is highly desirable; culinary or kitchen experience in a food industry setting is a plus Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with packaging desserts for retail or catering purposes is advantageous Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed Embark on a sweet journey where your creativity meets your passion for desserts!
