We're looking for a Barista who enjoys a clean, energetic environment and takes pride in making great drinks. Role Overview As a Barista at CAFE & PHO, you'll prepare handcrafted drinks, greet customers with a positive attitude, and help maintain a clean, organized café. No experience is required — we will train the right person. Key Responsibilities Prepare coffee, tea, and boba drinks according to recipes Take customer orders with a friendly, professional attitude Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area Assist with light food prep and restocking Follow safety and cleanliness standards Work efficiently during busy hours Provide fast, consistent service to every guest Requirements No experience required — training provided Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment Friendly personality and good communication skills Able to stand for long periods Team‑oriented and willing to learn Preferred (Not Required) Previous barista or café experience Familiarity with boba drinks or Vietnamese beverages Perks Free drinks during shift Employee meal discounts Friendly, supportive work environment Opportunities to grow as we expand How to Apply Apply in person at:
