OUR STORY

Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii was born on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1989 with the dream of sharing American-grown, premium Hawaiian coffee from Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Moloka'i and Ka'u with coffee lovers everywhere. In addition to coffee with a kick, we serve popular blended drinks, teas, food, and branded merchandise. We're committed to sharing the warm hospitality of the Aloha Spirit by creating a space where every customer can relax, enjoy themselves and fuel their inner badass.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Create the Aloha spirit with every customer interaction  Produce Bad Ass beverages with speed and accuracy  Cleaning and upkeep in the shop  Cash handling

QUALIFICATIONS

 Previous experience in a similar role in the food service or coffee industry is preferred but not necessary.  Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.  Knowledge of Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale is a plus.  Available and punctual.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail  Excellent communication skills.  A great attitude  Willingness to work within a team atmosphere Hiring for days 7am-4pm and weekends. Sundays are mandatory for all new hires. Pays hourly plus tips.

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
