As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items while ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales transactions Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and communication Skills Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge preferred Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively Exceptional customer service skills to enhance the guest experience Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a Barista where your passion for coffee meets exceptional service!
