Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods during a shift and perform physically demanding tasks associated with coffee preparation and service.

Lifting Capacity:

Demonstrated ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs regularly, handling bags of coffee beans, equipment, and other items.

Mobility:

Agility and mobility to move swiftly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Health and Safety:

Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.

Availability:

Part-time baristas must be able to work 3-5 days with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week. Full-time baristas must be able to work 4-5 days per week with a minimum of 35-40 hours.

Age:
