We are an artisan bakery specializing in naturally leavened and fermented breads and delicate Viennoiserie located in Historic Downtown McKinney. Our ideal candidate is friendly, hard-working, and enthusiastic. Previous barista experience preferred. Compensation is based on experience. Responsibilities Making hot/cold drinks to recipe Engage with customers and build connections Knowledge of products, including drinks, pastries, and breads Efficient usage of POS, including cash handling Punctuality Sense of urgency Must be flexible, a team player, and have a strong work ethic Reasonable cleaning duties Maintain stock Standing, bending, and lifting
