Flexible | Shifts range from 4:30 AM - 2:00 PM Join the Parlor Doughnuts Family! At Parlor Doughnuts, we're more than a doughnut shop—we're a place where good vibes, great coffee, and even better people come together. We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and positive team member who's eager to learn all sides of our shop— Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) —and grow into a potential lead role . What You'll Do Front of House (FOH): Deliver an exceptional guest experience from the moment customers walk in. Take and prepare drink orders (barista experience a plus!). Operate our POS system efficiently and accurately. Keep the front area spotless and welcoming at all times. Back of House (BOH): Assist with doughnut preparation, glazing, toppings, and finishing touches. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Support the team to ensure smooth service flow during busy rushes.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day. Enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment . Is reliable, punctual , and comfortable with early morning shifts . Can multi-task and stay upbeat under pressure. Has a desire to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities .
