Job Description
Prepare handcrafted beverages and menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to quality. Welcome customers with a friendly attitude, offer complimentary samples, and introduce them to our menu and featured products. Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, making personalized recommendations, and ensuring every guest has a positive experience. Promote menu items and suggest add-ons or upgrades to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process cash and card transactions, and maintain balanced cash drawers.
