Duties Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas by following food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change using cash handling skills. Restock supplies regularly, including tea ingredients, toppings, cups, lids, straws, and cleaning supplies. Follow food safety protocols during food handling and beverage preparation to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential. Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients accurately. Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining energy and focus throughout shifts. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours. Experience in beverage preparation or café environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
