Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, providing friendly service that exceeds expectations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the workspace to ensure food safety standards are met Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately Follow food safety management protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Restock supplies regularly and manage inventory levels to keep the station well-equipped Support team members during busy periods by assisting with order assembly and customer needs Qualifications Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards and adhering to health regulations Join us as a Barista and be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating delightful experiences!
