Engage customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and recommend products to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and food safety guidelines. Assist in food preparation and serving light food items, ensuring all offerings meet quality standards. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth operations. Experience Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse customers. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction balancing. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper serving techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
