Position Summary The Barista is a key member of Tripoli's beverage team, responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and tea beverages, providing elevated guest hospitality, and contributing to a culture of quality and care. This is an ideal role for someone who sees barista work as a long-term professional pathway and wants opportunities to lead, train, and innovate as our beverage program evolves.

What You'll Do:

Craft + Service Excellence Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso, tea, and menu beverages with precision and consistency. Educate guests on our unique Middle Eastern and North African coffee, tea and Limonada traditions. Deliver warm, timely, and memorable hospitality with every interaction. Maintain the highest standards of drink quality, presentation, and freshness. Operational Leadership Follow and model company operational policies, including safety, cleanliness, and workflow standards. Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring the bar is dialed in and fully prepared for each shift. Ensure inventory is maintained, waste logs are tracked, and all beverages meet quality benchmarks. Protect company assets through accurate cashiering, loss prevention, and accountability systems. Craftsmanship & Professional Growth Deepen your expertise in coffee—bean origins, extraction, brew methods, milk texturing, flavor profiling, and more. Stay calm, confident, and solution-oriented during high-volume or unexpected moments. Participate in menu innovation, seasonal drink development, and presentation standards.
