Duties Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each cup meets high standards of quality and presentation Educate customers on different brewing methods, beans, and flavor profiles to enhance their experience and deepen their appreciation for coffee Maintain cleanliness and organization of the brewing station, equipment, and display areas to ensure safety and efficiency Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages Assist in training new team members on brewing techniques, customer service protocols, and safety procedures Engage with customers actively, providing personalized recommendations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Support promotional events or tastings that showcase our coffee offerings to attract new customers Skills Extensive knowledge of various brewing methods such as pour-over, French press, espresso, AeroPress, etc. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and connect with diverse customers Excellent attention to detail to consistently produce high-quality beverages Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Basic understanding of health and safety standards related to food and beverage service Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for coffee culture and eagerness to share that enthusiasm with others Join us as a Brewista if you're ready to turn your love for coffee into an inspiring career!
