Overview Join our vibrant café team as a Cashier/Barista, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for every guest. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service as both cashier and barista Operate POS systems Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, beverages, and light food items following safety standards Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform accurate cash handling using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods while maintaining quality standards Skills Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Proven customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Strong understanding of food safety, handling, and basic math for cashing out transactions Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Ability to perform serving duties confidently while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of retail math, cash handling procedures, and food industry standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in food service or retail environments.
