This is an opportunity to help shape the culture, energy, and guest experience from day one. We're building a modern specialty coffee and brunch café centered around great coffee, elevated food, genuine hospitality, and the kind of atmosphere people want to stay a little longer in. If you're a people person, love coffee culture, enjoy fast-paced environments, and take pride in the little details, we'd love to meet you. What You'll DO Prepare espresso beverages, specialty coffee drinks, teas, matcha, and seasonal offerings Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experiences Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards Learn our menu and confidently make recommendations Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently Help keep the café clean, organized, and inviting Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the day Support fellow team members during busy shifts Assist with opening and closing duties What We're Looking For Previous barista experience or background in the food service is preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating great experiences Why Join TQM Café?
