Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Provide fast, friendly, and personalized service Greet every customer with a positive attitude and genuine smile Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Handle transactions (cash, credit, and mobile payments) with attention to detail Prepare high-quality, consistent drinks following recipes with precision Understand and explain menu items and customization options to customers Maintain product knowledge of unique offerings, seasonal drinks, and promotions Increase sales and customer relations by educating customers Ensure quality and presentation of all drinks Able to work independently with the highest integrity Support their teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment. Keep workstations, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines ensuring always ready to pass health inspections Work collaboratively with team members to meet peak-hour demands and shift goals

Qualifications:

Prior barista or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person! Must have own reliable vehicle as transportation. Operating hours 5:00AM-9:00PM, 7 days a week. Full time, weekends required. We are looking for people to join our team long term. Not hiring temporary or summer help, or applicants searching for secondary jobs. Minimum 32 hours a week, 4 shifts required. Locations may vary.
