In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, crafting exceptional coffee and beverage experiences while providing outstanding customer service. Duties Prepare and serve smoothies with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Engage with customers to understand their preferences, recommend products, and promote sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Follow food safety protocols, handle food products responsibly, and ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to Manage cash handling duties, including cash register operations, balancing drawers, and processing payments Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Experience Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices within the food industry or café setting Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional experiences!
