Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Operate POS system for smooth transactions Manage cash handling accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change if needed Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and café environment Assist with food handling, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation tasks to ensure quality standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining high service quality Have a good time while doing it Experience Previous barista experience or background working in a café or retail food service environment preferred Knowledge of POS systems is desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience in serving, food handling, and food safety practices within the food industry Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during peak hours in a fast-paced setting Having good vibes and cool style is a plus Join us to be part of a new coffee shop/cafe in Trolley Square!
