Built around a unique percentage-based chocolate menu, Knoops allows customers to fully customize their chocolate drinks (hot, iced, frozen) through a process we call Knoopology- exploring a wide range of chocolates, milks, and mix-ins to discover their perfect drink and create a one-of-a-kind experience. We sustainably source craft chocolate from family farms around the world and craft drinks designed to highlight the unique flavor profiles of each percentage and origin. Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour plus tips Role Responsibilities Help run effective and efficient shifts while supporting daily store operations Work alongside the AGM and Store Manager to support team performance, KPI goals, and overall store operations Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and memorable customer experiences Craft premium chocolate drinks, coffee, tea, shakes, and ice cream products with consistency and attention to detail Help coach, support, and recognize team members while contributing to a positive work environment Open and close the store while helping maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards Help ensure team members are following company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures Qualifications & Skills Bring Happiness to customers through customized craft chocolate drinks. Exceptional customer service and leadership skills with the ability to create welcoming and memorable customer experiences Reliable, responsible, and confident working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to support and motivate a team Flexible and adaptable, including willingness to work additional hours during peak seasons when needed Passion for hospitality, chocolate, and growing with the Knoops brand Strong attention to detail, organization, and operational consistency Ability to stand for extended periods of time Food Handler Permit required or ability to obtain one before starting Previous leadership, barista, or food service experience preferred Our Brand Pillars At Knoops, our purpose is creating spaces for joyful rituals and exploration through expertly crafted chocolate drinks.
