We've put a lot of love into this place, and we want someone who gets that. No experience needed at all. We'll teach you every single thing. The one thing we can't teach is someone who actually cares, so that's the whole job really. Here's what we're looking for: You're 16 or older. You can work around 25 hours a week across 4 to 5 shifts. Morning and weekend availability is a huge plus. You care about keeping things clean because you take pride in where you work. You show up for your team without anyone having to ask. And honestly, you just have good energy. That's it. That's the list. We're not a chain.
