From the first greeting to the last sip, you will be the face of an experience our guests look forward to returning to. Responsibilities Deliver genuine, personalized hospitality to every guest — remembering names, preferences, and making each visit feel special. Prepare and serve a thoughtful selection of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency, care, and craft. Anticipate guest needs proactively, addressing questions and concerns with warmth, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset. Present food items with attention to quality, freshness, and visual appeal — because hospitality extends to every detail on the plate. Maintain an inviting, clean, and organized service environment that reflects our commitment to a welcoming guest experience. Represent the brand with grace and enthusiasm at catering events, bringing our hospitality standards into every setting. Partner with teammates to create a seamless, efficient, and joyful experience during high-volume service periods. Communicate inventory needs to management to ensure guests are never disappointed by what's unavailable. Qualifications A genuine passion for hospitality and a natural ability to make people feel welcome and valued. Previous experience in a guest-facing role — café, restaurant, hotel, or events — is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the instinct to connect authentically with a diverse range of guests. Enthusiasm for coffee culture, with a willingness to grow your knowledge of brewing methods, origin stories, and beverage craft. Ability to remain composed, attentive, and gracious during busy service periods. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with a commitment to upholding them consistently.
