As part of our team, you will: Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea drinks and other menu items. Take customer orders, operate the cash register, and handle payments. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Follow recipes and ensure drink consistency and quality. Store Cleaning duties. Requirements Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, reliable, and a team player. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible availability, including weekends. Previous experience in similar roles (Required). Familiarity with POS systems or similar cash register systems. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with customers. A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).

Barista or similar:

1 year (Preferred)

Language:

English (Required) Chinese (Preferred) Spanish (Preferred)

Recruiting Process:

We have an unpaid training and test period of 3 to 5 days (depending on the candidate's learning pace) If the test is passed, the candidate is hired upon receipt of the required documentation.
