Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Our mission:

Be a lighthouse dessert place in the neighborhood. Responsibilities Craft a variety of tea-based drinks, including traditional teas, matcha, and specialty drinks. Provide friendly customer service and recommendations. Maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Handle transactions accurately and assist with café upkeep. Restock supplies and ensure tools are properly cleaned and cared for. Provide excellent customer service—warm, friendly, and attentive. Support pastry and dessert presentation when needed. Qualifications Passion for tea and customer service. Café experience is preferred. Alternatively, a candidate with experience in a similar role and a strong work ethic is also qualified.
