Position Overview:

We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team and help us make a splash in the world of bubble tea. As a Barista at ArTeA TeaShop and Restaurant, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and crafting delightful bubble tea beverages for our customers. Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages with creativity and precision
• Learn and master our unique bubble tea recipes
• Embrace the art of customer service by providing a warm and inviting experience
• Contribute to the setup and organization of the shop
• Engage with customers, answer inquiries about our offerings, and make personalized recommendations
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a smooth operation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and successful service

Requirements :

• No previous experience required - we're looking for individuals with a passion for bubble tea and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is a plus
• A passion for bubble tea and a desire to learn and experiment with different flavors
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the unique challenges of a new shop
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings
