You will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a warm and welcoming café atmosphere. If you love coffee and enjoy engaging with people, we'd love to hear from you! Weekend & Evening Availability Required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following recipes and standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow and update all relevant checklists. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking supplies. Provide accurate information about all menu items to customers, when necessary. Assist in food preparation, if applicable. Uphold health and safety regulations. Understand VA ABC Laws & Regulations. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

Previous barista or bartending experience preferred. Exercise an understanding of coffee varieties and alcoholic beverages. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
