Full Job Description About Us:

Wilder's Coffee Co. is a boutique drive-thru coffee stand in Mill Creek known for its modern homestead aesthetic and fast, seamless service. We are a locally-owned, family-oriented business and a proud sponsor of our community. We are looking for a dedicated event barista to join our team long-term.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced fast paced event barista who is reliable, sharp with numbers, and brings a high level of professional etiquette to every interaction. Because we are a local staple, you will be serving a diverse and multifaceted clientele. You must have the social intelligence to provide a "boutique" experience for our high-end regulars while maintaining a warm, down-to-earth connection with our everyday community members.

Schedule:

Varies Events are scheduled in advance and can run up to 10 hours.

Events are to include:

Evergreen state fair Local school events including but not limited to sports games Markets Local festivals such as aquafest, mill creek festival, railroad days, etc.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 1+ year of barista experience.

Tech-Savvy:

Experience with Square POS is highly appreciated.

Strong Math Skills:

Ability to handle cash and mental math quickly in a fast-paced drive-thru.

Professional Etiquette:

High level of adaptability; you should be able to pivot your communication style to match our varied customer base.

Reliability:

We are looking for longevity. This isn't a seasonal gig—we want someone who wants to grow with us.

What We Offer:
