(((21619 Mountain hwy E))) Friday August 14th at 12 pm Please bring resume !!!•Must be 18+!!! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate our POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment. Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, taking orders and answering questions about menu items. Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency. Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for coffee culture is highly desirable. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
