Responsibilities Prepare and serve drinks with precision and pride Energetic and Bubbly; Outgoing Personality Engage customers with warmth and cultural awareness Maintain a clean, elegant workspace Contribute ideas to seasonal menus and visual displays Represent PNW ESPRESSO's values in every interaction Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items; assist with ordering as necessary. Create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience. Requirements Previous barista or coffee experience
IS REQUIRED STRONG
customer service skills. Familiarity with food handling practices and food service regulations is essential. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods and downtime.
