Kitchen and Market is brewing up something special at our Yarrow Bay store, and we need you to join our caffeine dream team! If you've got a passion for espresso, a knack for pouring a good pint of beer, and a friendly attitude, we'd love to meet you. This location has something entirely new forK&M:
a small cafe and beautiful outdoor patio.We're a company founded and led by women, and we'll be serving coffee from a woman-owned roastery: Armistice Coffee. We'll also be serving snacks (no kitchen or prep work required), beer, and wine. Please provide your availability when you apply. The cafe is currently open 7am-7pm and has a beautiful patio connected to it on which we host events and tastings! We are currently only hiring a part-time barista.

Key Responsibilities:
Crafting delicious coffee beverages that make our customers smile.Properly pouring beer and wine. (Grocery shopping is hard! The booze makes it easier.)Providing top-notch customer service with a friendly attitude.
Keeping the cafe clean, organized, and stocked.
Working as part of a fun and dynamic team to create a warm, community vibe
Qualifications:
Previous barista experience required; experience with espresso, milk steaming, and latte art is preferred.Must be 21 years of age or older.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work a variable schedule including weekends, mornings, and holidays.
Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
Must have MAST 12 alcohol service permit.
