Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for skilled individuals to join our team. While working at Haebing Dessert, you will be making a variety of beverages as well as some dessert items. Must have weekend availability (at least one weekend day is required).Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks such as lattes, bubble tea, and smoothies.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Uphold food safety standards in the preparation and serving of food items
Qualifications:
- Experience in the coffee or food service industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
