Job Description

OAK HARBOR CAFE/DRIVE THROUGH
is seeking qualified Baristas/Team Members to join our award winning Company and Team for awards recognized in Best Coffee, Best Barista, Best Customer Service, Best Quality, Best Employer and Recognized in Community Involvement. Must be available during afternoons/evenings/weekends/holidays and local events. Preparing and crafting quality coffee beverages, assorted beverages and food offerings in busy Cafe/Drive thru. Paid training provided with our talented, detailed oriented, on site Barista Trainer and Training Program. Our training program is crafted to provide you all the tools to practice, guide and set you up for success. Must be able to offer and excel in outstanding customer service. Prepare drinks and work efficiently in fast paced environment. Demonstrate proficiency in cash handling/POS comprehension. Ability to be a valuable Team player, who is enthusiastic, outgoing, independent, self motivator and 100% reliable. Ability to multitask and time manage. Successfully obtain current Washington State Food Handlers Permit. Ability to stand for extended periods. Typical shifts range 6-7 hours in length. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Successfully complete the paid onsite training comprehension and evaluation in conclusion of initial training with onsite Trainer. Follow company policies and expectations. Provide references upon request. Min Wage + daily cash tips. Other benefits are determined by hours worked.

FULL-TIME
hours, and a 60 day wait period. 401k requires 12 months as well as an hours worked requirement, must be 18yrs of age to qualify.
