Beverage Artisan (Part-Time & Events) Otter Than Coffee | Olympia/Lacey, WA About Us Otter Than Coffee is a woman-owned mobile beverage trailer serving handcrafted espresso drinks, Hawaiian-style shave ice, ceremonial matcha, specialty lemonades, and seasonal beverages throughout Thurston County. We're passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and bringing a little aloha wherever we go. We're looking for a positive, dependable team member who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Position Summary As a Beverage Artisan, you'll prepare handcrafted beverages, provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and represent the Otter Than Coffee brand at our permanent location and community events. Responsibilities Prepare espresso beverages, matcha, lemonades, energy drinks, and Hawaiian-style shave ice to company standards. Deliver friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer service. Operate the POS system and accurately handle transactions. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout each shift. Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties. Work efficiently during high-volume rushes while maintaining product quality. Assist with setup and breakdown at events. Capture photos and videos for social media and occasionally appear in content. Represent Otter Than Coffee with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Reliable transportation. Consistent availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (our busiest days). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Friendly, dependable, coachable, and eager to learn. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Barista, food service, or mobile vending experience is preferred but not required. What We Offer Part-time and event-based opportunities.
