Maintain a clean, organized workspace, manage POS transactions, and team up to keep the good vibes flowing. Help Grow the

Plan and post social media content, engage with followers, and help build The Tiki Bean's presence in Hawks Prairie/Nisqually and beyond.

What We're Looking For Coffee Passion:

Barista experience with skills in espresso, latte art, or specialty drinks (or a quick learner with enthusiasm!)

Social Media Savvy:

Experience creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms. Bonus points for a portfolio or examples of your work!

Positive Energy:

A growth mindset, team spirit, and a talent for brightening people's days.

Flexibility:

Ready for early mornings, late nights, and weekend shifts to keep the Tiki magic alive.
