Job Description
Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and Lotus and Redbull Energy drinks Operate Square POS to process transactions Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience Handle cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, basic math calculations, and transaction accuracy Maintain clean work areas and equipment Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Skills and Qualifications Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Prior experience as a Barista or in the food service industry with strong coffee knowledge Familiarity with Square Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining independence when needed
