Job Description
Jack Sprat is an all-day cafe + pizzeria located in Esterra Park, steps from the Overlake Village Light Rail station (plus free parking).We re hiring a confident, people-forward barista who is comfortable stepping into the kitchen later in the shift. This is a mostly solo role that works extremely well for the right person and offers strong tip potential and real ownership of your shift.

- Work the cafe /bar solo during shift
- Make espresso drinks, serve beer, wine, and cocktails
- Transition into light kitchen work (making smoothies, heating up pastries, etc.) simple, high-quality menu items as service slows
- Close down cafe with pride and efficiencyEvenings are mostly calm not chaotic but has pockets of high-volume.
- Baristas who aren t afraid of the kitchen
- Self-starters who like variety and responsibility
- People who prefer ownership over micromanagement
- People who are able to keep their space clean and loves to provide great service!
- $20/hr + tips (works out to be $23-25 per hour
