As Lead Barista, you're the GM's right hand and the heartbeat of the shop floor. You've mastered every station, you lead by example instead of just barking orders, and you somehow make "controlled chaos during the Saturday rush" look effortless. You train the newbies, keep inventory from becoming a mystery, and make sure every guest walks out happier than they walked in.
