Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, cocktails, and food items with precision and flair Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, kitchen, and dining areas to meet health standards Handle cash transactions accurately while managing retail math and cashiering responsibilities Assist in catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed to support various hospitality functions Use time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality standards Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Familiarity with serving in banquet or catering environments enhances your versatility Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality experiences!
