We're creating a year-round space for skiers and riders of all levels to train, progress, and stay connected to the sport.

Indoor dry-slope terrain park Big Air Bag jump Alpine ski machines Nordic treadmill Trampolines for freestyle air awareness Full tune shop In-house café Complete retail shop Drop-in sessions and lesson-based programs About the Role We're looking for an experienced barista and guest-services professional to help create an excellent experience throughout Stoke Mountain. This is a blended role that includes operating the café, assisting at the front desk and retail shop, engaging with guests, and helping keep the facility clean and organized. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, proactive, and comfortable moving between different responsibilities throughout the day. What You'll DoCafé Prepare high-quality espresso drinks Make boba milk teas, energy drinks, and other specialty beverages Heat and prepare quick-serve food items, including sandwiches, pastries, and empanadas Take orders and operate the Square POS Restock supplies and monitor café inventory Complete café opening and closing procedures Help test new products and develop drink ideas Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café Guest Services & Retail Welcome guests and help create a friendly, energetic environment Assist with guest check-in, waivers, and general questions Help guests understand Stoke Mountain's programs, lessons, memberships, and facility offerings Assist with retail purchases and merchandise questions Answer phones and provide basic customer support Engage with guests throughout their visit Support events and group bookings when needed Cross-train on front desk systems and procedures Facility Support Perform daily cleaning throughout the facility Clean and restock restrooms Sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces, and empty trash Keep guest areas, the café, retail shop, and front desk organized Identify and communicate facility or inventory needs Support other departments as needed What We're Looking For 1+ year of barista experience required Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests Reliable, independent, and proactive Willing to take ownership of the café while supporting the broader facility Comfortable balancing café, front desk, retail, and cleaning responsibilities Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment Strong customer-service and communication skills Comfortable learning new systems and procedures Must have or obtain a King County Food Worker Card within seven days of employment Ability to work at least one weekend day Ability to work shifts of up to 10-12 hours Perks & Benefits Health and Family Savings Accounts (HSA and FSA) Employee discounts on retail gear and café items Outdoor Industry ProDeals Unlimited free access to Stoke Mountain's training zones and slopes Free tuning, waxing, and standard repairs for personal gear Opportunities to cross-train in café operations, guest services, retail, alpine, freestyle, Nordic, and more Flexible scheduling Staff events, product demos, and early access to new features Weekly pay Tips Free drinks during shifts and discounted food High-energy, community-focused work environment
