As a Bagelrista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while preparing and serving delicious bagels and beverages. Your enthusiasm for quality food and exceptional service will help enhance our customers' experience, making each visit memorable. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of bagels, spreads, and beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders accurately and addressing customer inquiries. Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock and notifying management of any shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Uphold health and safety standards in food preparation and handling. Experience Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. A passion for food preparation and an eagerness to learn about bagel-making techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
